The main working parts of a hammer crusher machine is the rotor which has a hammer. The rotor is composed by main spindle, disk, pin shaft and hammer. Electrical motor drives the rotor making a high speed rotation in cavity. Material from the upper feeder mouth goes into the machine, and is broken by the blow, impact, shear and abrasive of high-speed hammer movement. Below the rotor are screen panel, size fraction smaller than the size of the screen hole for crushing. Discharged from the screen panel, the coarse size fraction larger than the screen hole is left for blow and abrasiveness until it can be discharged from the screen panel.
